Now everyone has different ways, these numbers work for me.

I have level 10 flecthing, poisone edge and healing.

Barb Camp Lev 1 - 1000 Cav/HCav
Barb Camp Lev 2 - 2500 Cav/HCav
Barb Camp Lev 3 - 5000 Cav/Hcav
Barb Camp Lev 4 - 15k Archers
Barb Camp Lev 5 - 20k Archers
Barb Camp Lev 6 - 25k Archers
Barb Camp Lev 7 - 45k Archers
Barb Camp Lev 8 - DONT DO IT, HIT 2X 4's instead
Barb Camp Lev 9 - Are you mental?
Barb Camp Lev 10 - 3xwaves of 100k archers will win. Better to hit 2x5's though.

I have level 10 fletching. I use 16k archers to attack level 5 barbs with no losses

Barb Camp Lev 1 - 500 HCav - I don't bother with these
Barb Camp Lev 2 - 1000 HCav - I don't bother with these
Barb Camp Lev 3 - 2500 HCav
Barb Camp Lev 4 - 7,500 Archers
Barb Camp Lev 5 - 12k Archers
Barb Camp Lev 6 - 22k Archers
Barb Camp Lev 7 - 43k Archers
Barb Camp Lev 8 - 28k Ballista
Barb Camp Lev 9 - 45k Archers / 45k Ballista

I have no losses with these and, perhaps most importantly, my troops leave with a full load of loot.

NOTES: I just tinkered with these over the weekend, and so know they work if you're researched properly. Always do your own trial and error, and go with what works best for you.
